Construction Management
Verdant Landscapes offers time- and cost-efficient construction management services for our clients in the mid-Hudson Valley. Our personnel act as owner's representatives for all outdoor projects, working closely with landscape architects, contractors, and site specialists. The logistics of large plantings are our specialty.
Ongoing Maintenance
The construction dust has settled, the trucks are gone, and the place looks great. How to keep it that way? We provide ongoing maintenance regimes to curate your designs and their changing needs. Services include rejuvenation pruning, taming and coaxing of existing plantings, and refreshing and augmenting landscapes with new and interesting plantings and containers.
